Convert → edit → preview on a real Kobo screen profile → export. Build private EPUBs and device-sized images without uploading your files.
Best results come from DOCX. PDFs are reconstructed client-side (spaces, paragraphs, tables, heading guesses). Then edit anything that looks off before you export.

Your converted document opens in this device view after upload. Changing any setting below immediately redraws and repaginates the preview.
Published screen resolution, diagonal, and body proportions are used. These controls affect preview only; exact line breaks can still vary with Kobo firmware and fonts.
Device opens after import using the Kobo selected under Import. Edit lets you fix the converted body. Diff = full document with Google Docs–style track changes (red strikeout / green add); the list below jumps to each change.
Change the Kobo model or reading settings directly beneath the uploader.
Load a document to edit structure, then switch to Device for a paginated Kobo preview.
Progress and diagnostics while the document is reconstructed. Export lives after preview.
Resize, fit, and tone-map a local image to the selected Kobo’s exact portrait or landscape pixel dimensions. Use contain for uncropped artwork, cover for full-screen wallpapers, or dither for crisp black-and-white E Ink.
PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, or browser-supported bitmap. Nothing is uploaded.

Download always pulls the latest Edit/HTML body first, then builds the EPUB. Open the Diff tab to review track changes in the full document.
Profiles use Rakuten Kobo’s published technical specifications for Clara BW, Clara Colour, Libra Colour, Sage, and Elipsa 2E. Screen placement inside the bezel is estimated because Kobo publishes body and display dimensions, not bezel offsets.
