Boosts high fuss-free scores; penalises min-spend category cards unless optimizer mode is on.
Excludes declared new-to-issuer value when your selected wallet or current/recent issuer history includes that bank; other overlaps retain a soft penalty.
Unlisted and cancelled principal cards can be marked by issuer so the 6/12-month lookback is decided in the tool.
